"Great experience. Jerry didn't try to sell us an expensive system that we didn't need. He was straight forward with what the issue is and what the most cost effective solution would be. His solution was far less expensive than other companies. He and his crew did a neat and efficient job addressing the situation. That was at least 5 years ago and we have had no further problems. We recently had Jerry come out to diagnosis a different problem in a different building and he referred us on when he determined it was not a basement issue."

"Jerry’s free estimate included a thorough review, inside and outside,of the cracked foundation wall in my basement. Then he explained in detail the process and product used to make the fix to seal the crack. Jerry and an assistant would do the work themselves, having been trained how to do it by the company who developed it. The estimate was very reasonable, Jerry answered questions I asked, and there would be minimal mess and disruption to landscape and foundation wall. Jerry was always on time or early, clearly knew his product and the process used, and the job took two hours start to finish. Checking and clean-up the next day was completed in under an hour. All of this in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic of 2020. He and his assistant always wore masks and kept social distancing. I had peace of mind, and a 20 year guarantee on a sealed foundation crack. Jerry is available if I have concerns or questions, because he is local, experienced in concrete foundations and trustworthy."

"I called NEW Waterproofing about water coming in through a crack in my basement wall. We set up an appointment for a couple of days later for an estimate. Jerry had arrived promptly at the time we agreed. We went to the basement and I showed Jerry the crack in the wall. Jerry understood the reasoning behind where the crack was and what is was caused from. Jerry then explained to me very thoroughly what the process was going to be to seal the crack and how it would fill any voids on the outside of the concrete wall. We then set up an appointment to actually do the work and at that time Jerry proceeded to seal the crack. Jerry was very professional, courteous, kept the dust to a minimum and had everything cleaned up better than when he arrived. "We had 2 cracks in our basement wall that just recently started leaking after heavy rains. We knew we needed to have this repaired. My husband made contact with Jerry who made arrangements to come a few days later for an estimate. He told me he could do the job. He explained how long it would take and the entire process. We had several questions which he was able to answer all. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. He was able to work around a family of four and their busy schedule. He waited patiently while I had to drive my girls to school. He came in and started the job. We have to say Jerry may be one of the most polite and nicest people we have met. The product was applied to the cracks and had to dry a few hours before he could complete step 2 of the process. He was able to come back later in the afternoon and complete the 2nd step. This was a huge advantage for us as we didn’t have to wait and schedule a different day! Once Jerry was complete he cleaned the area and took away all of his waste from the repairs. "First off, I'm a very fussy guy, so I didn't think I would find anyone to repair my wall, that would make me totally happy. Wow, was I wrong. I got Jerry's name from a buddy that was in the home building business. After contacting him, he was here the next day, on time, & I could tell right away, this guy knew his business, and had probably seen hundreds of these cracks before. There was no " well I think we'll try this or that & then maybe we will end up fixing the crack this way" Nope, he explained the repair, and said" here is what were going to do, and here is how we are going to do it" He then quoted a price, which was about half of what I heard the repair would cost, & we set up a repair time, just a few days later. When he & his worker arrived on time they got right to it & were finished in a couple of hours, with no mess or evidence that they had even been there. I can tell by just looking at it that it is a great repair, that penetrated the entire wall not just putting a band aid on the surface & hoping for the best. I am finishing off this wall in the near future so I didn't want to experiment with anyone but the best, and I am confident I had one of the best fix my wall, & he stuck right to the quote, (which included a lifetime warranty). I wish there were more contractors like Jerry around, as I can tell he likes his job, is fair, and has a nice personality to boot. It was a great experience for sure!"
